Any interaction or exchange with OWLRY constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which apply automatically without the need for a signed quote or issued invoice.
These Terms of Service apply to all current and future engagements with OWLRY, as well as any contracts and invoices previously issued by our former entities. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept that OWLRY assumes all rights, responsibilities, and obligations associated with these prior agreements.
Definitions
Company (referred to in this Agreement as "OWLRY", “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) means the brand OWLRY, owned and operated by LUWN AGENCY LLC (Entity ID: 5575134), with its registered address at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #20053, Newark, DE 19702, United States of America.
“Client” refers to any individual or legal entity signing a quote issued by OWLRY.
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to define the general terms of service and the terms and conditions under which OWLRY provides services to its Clients.
The main characteristics of the services offered by OWLRY are detailed on the website accessible at owlry.net, which the Client acknowledges having read.
Quotations act as purchase orders, in paper or electronic format, and together with the present document constitute the contracts between OWLRY and its customers.
Duration of OWLRY’s offers
The contract is taken out for a period of one year from the date it takes effect.
In the case of recurring subscriptions services (OWLRY Care, Hosting, Domains, etc.), the contract will be renewed by tacit agreement under the same terms.

Data Processing
OWLRY and the Client agree to keep confidential all information and documents exchanged during the service, regardless of their nature (financial, technical, or strategic).
This confidentiality applies by default and covers all communications, files, strategies, and internal methods. OWLRY may only reference a project publicly with prior written approval from the Client, and even then, without disclosing any confidential elements.
If OWLRY is required to process data on behalf of the Client, it will do so solely as a subcontractor and is only liable within that scope.
Personal data (e-mail address, phone number, etc.) may be used by OWLRY for communication purposes such as sending newsletters, offers, or follow-ups. This data can be deleted at any time by request via email to contact@owlry.net.
Owlry Method (Business Building)
OWLRY is a private and selective service. We only work with individuals who apply and are approved through our internal review process. If accepted, the Client is invited to proceed with the investment corresponding to the selected plan in order to begin.
This investment allows OWLRY to prepare a personalized agreement, reviewed by legal counsel, which outlines the full scope, deliverables, obligations, and performance guarantee. Everything included in the selected plan will be clearly defined in this contract and submitted to the Client for review and approval.
Until the contract is signed, the Client is fully protected. A full refund of the investment can be requested at any time, without condition or explanation. No agreement is considered active and no obligation begins until both parties have formally signed the contract.
These terms are here to protect the Client during the preparation phase, before any service or guarantee takes effect as specified in the final agreement.

Owlry Vault (e-books)
Purchase process: The Vault is sold exclusively through OWLRY’s official website. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once the transaction is completed, the client receives confirmation and a digital license.
Manual delivery: Vault products are delivered manually by the OWLRY team. Clients receive their digital content within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
No refunds: Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all Vault purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, the client agrees to waive any right to request a refund under any circumstance.
Usage rights: Each Vault purchase includes a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license. The material is intended solely for private use. It cannot be shared, modified, published, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes in any form.
Violation: Any unauthorized use of the Vault content, including distribution, resale, or public exposure, constitutes a breach of the license agreement. This may lead to legal consequences and immediate suspension of all current or future access.
